Description

The traffic light at Hampshire and Windsor is frequently skipping an entire cycle. The Hampshire green phase runs, the crosswalk counts down to Don't Walk, and then instead of Windsor or Plymouth getting a green phase, the light stays on Hampshire and eventually the same crosswalk lights go back to Walk. Last night I watched a car run the red after waiting through a whole cycle - this is really dangerous. Please fix this light.
