City continuous to work effortlessly on removing piles, mounds and clearing xwalks throughout the day and evening

Very sad. This intersection is heavily used by students walking to CRLS. Why can't the abutting home owners clear the curb-cut?

Still not wide enough for a stroller to clear. Please issue a citation and clear walkway.

A week after the snow storm and it's still not cleared. Has the abutting building owner been issued a citation?

Also, why do some building owners get a citation for failing to clear the sidewalk and others don't?
